CAMP is meant to be easy, comfortable, and a little special. Please treat the house like it’s your own so future CAMPERS can enjoy it just as much. If anything comes up during your stay, text Clark anytime.
Arrival checklist
Please review upon arrival

Check-in is no earlier than 1:00PM on Thursdays

If slow, unplug router and Google Mesh in the queen guest bedroom, wait 40 seconds, then plug back in

DEPARTURE checklist
Please complete before leaving

Check-out is no later than 6:00PM on Wednesdays

Get a jump start on laundry
-
Place fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases in laundry basket (shed)

Place used towels in a separate laundry basket

Run at least one full load of laundry (wash and dry) if possible

Do not leave wet laundry in the machine to avoid mildew

Take all garbage to the gatehouse

Secure with bungee cords
-

Discard all perishables from refrigerator

Wipe any spills
-

Replenish pantry items used
-
Turn off all lights and A/C units
-
Confirm irrigation system is still on

Cover daybed and bean bags

Return outdoor cushions to trunk

Turn off grill gas, clean grill, and replace cover

Turn off pool heater (if used)

Send $250 cleaning fee via Venmo to @ClarkCohen

Double check for personal belongings

house rules & Systems
Septic System (Important)

All water used in the house flows into the septic system. Please be mindful of your usage.

Wet wipes should never be used or flushed. This is a CAMP cardinal sin. Any damage caused will be passed along
Garbage & Recycling

Two bins in the kitchen = garbage
-
We do not recycle plastic, glass, or metal
-
Paper recycling only under the sink
-
Pickup schedule:

Garbage: Monday + Thursday mornings

Paper: Wednesday mornings

Please secure all bins at the gatehouse using bungee cords to prevent animal access
Honor Code

CAMP does not collect a security deposit.

If something is broken or damaged, please text Clark so it can be addressed quickly and fairly
Pets

Pets are welcome, but please help protect the house:

Use the couch cover (gray furry throw to the right of the couch)

Clean accidents immediately

Cleaning spray for pet stains is under the kitchen sink

Bedrooms & A/C

Each bedroom has a wall A/C unit controlled by the switch below on the wall

Keep doors closed while running A/C for best performance

CAMP uses Verizon FIOS with Google Mesh

If needed, unplug router and mesh in the queen guest bedroom to restart and get it moving fast again
LIVING ROOM

No A/C in the main living space

Use the ceiling fan and open screen doors to circulate air
KITCHEN & PANTRY

Feel free to use shared condiments, spices, and non-perishables

A reminder that the JURA coffee machine uses FULL BEANS, not grounds

Replace what you use for future guests

Clean any spills in the refrigerator or kitchen
Outdoor & pool

Use the pedal to rotate when opening

GATHERINGS
CAMP is meant to be enjoyed, and we love when people gather.
That said, please treat the house and property as if it were your own.

Please do not have more than 20 people socializing at the house at any time

Be mindful of the space, the neighbors, and overall noise levels

Guests are responsible for leaving the house and outdoor areas in good condition
-
Up to 6 guests are permitted to reside in the house at any time
